Braided cable sleeving.
Five constructions.
Compare expandable braided cable sleeves by material, construction and bundle size. Start with PET, nylon / polyamide, fibreglass, heat-treated fibreglass or aramid; confirm the grade for your assembly.
Choose the starting point.
Colour, yarn, expansion and material grade are part of the specification.

PET
Polyester braided sleeving for cable and wire-harness bundling. Choose a non-FR or FR construction, then specify the size, expansion and colour your assembly needs.

Nylon
Polyamide braided sleeving for cable assemblies, hoses and harness bundles. Nylon 6, 6.6 and 12 are available to match the individual customer specification.

Fibreglass
White tubular fibreglass braid for cable covering, supplied with 1500-denier yarn and options for customer-specific yarn denier and expansion.

Kevlar / aramid
Yellow expandable aramid braid for cable and hose covering. Standard yarn is 1500 denier, with yarn denier and expansion customisation available.

Heat-treated fibreglass
Heat-treated tubular fibreglass braid with a bronze finish for specified cable and hose covering applications. Choose a catalogue size, then confirm the construction and service conditions.
The right questions for each material.
| Material | Options | Colour | Catalogue sizes | Specify with your enquiry |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PET | Non-FR / FR | All colours to specification | 3–70 mm | Grade, expansion, colour, fire-performance requirement |
| Nylon | PA6 / PA66 / PA12 | All colours to specification | PA66: 3–76 mm | Nylon grade; other grades confirmed to customer specification |
| Fibreglass | 1500 denier; custom yarn available | White | 3–76 mm | Yarn, sleeve construction, thermal / electrical requirements |
| Heat-treated fibreglass | Heat-treated finish | Bronze | 3–76 mm table; confirm availability | Exposure duration, duty, construction and applicable sleeve-grade evidence |
| Kevlar / aramid | Branded fibre, 1500 denier; custom yarn available | Yellow | 3–76 mm | Fibre grade, movement, abrasion and temperature exposure |
All ranges: 500 metre minimum order and customisable expansion. Standard PET/nylon lead time: 7 days. Customisation: 1–2 months. Applicable performance and documentation depend on the exact grade and construction.

India supply. Export enquiries.
Supply across Indian industrial clusters and Malaysia, Australia, Germany, Poland, Russia, Nigeria, the UAE and Bangladesh. Ex-factory terms preferred for exports.
Already connected?
Explore self-closing wrap.
Tubular expandable braid needs cable-end access and enough expansion to pass over any connector. For side-entry fitting around an already connected bundle, compare self-closing braided cable sleeving. Its 200-metre roll packaging is separate from the 500-metre minimum order for the five tubular constructions above.
