What is the minimum order for export?
Minimum order quantities depend on the product and are confirmed in your quotation. For braided sleeving the minimum is 500 metres per size.
How do I pay?
We ask for 50% in advance before production and the remaining 50% before dispatch, in US dollars or Indian rupees.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 2 weeks from your advance payment. Door-to-door delivery by sea takes about 2 months, depending on your port. Air freight is faster.
Which documents do you provide?
RoHS and REACH company declarations come with all our products. In-house test reports are available on request, along with our standard reports.
