Current series: SYN-PET-EX. PET and nylon catalogue references are retained for cross-reference; specify material, grade and nominal size when ordering. Heat-treated SYN-HTFS references are retained for cross-reference to the SYN-HT-FBG series. Fibreglass and aramid codes use the three-digit size convention. Confirm the complete specification in the quotation.
Application & selection
Measure the bundle. Specify the conditions.
Specify cable-bundle diameter, connector clearance, routing conditions and any fire-performance requirement. Select FR construction where your specification calls for it; confirm the applicable evidence for that grade.
- Measure the bundle and any connector the sleeve must pass over.
- State nominal size, expansion requirement and installed length.
- Confirm yarn, colour, movement, exposure and required test evidence.

What is PET expandable braided sleeving?
PET expandable braided sleeving is a tubular polyester braid for cable and wire-harness bundling. Synflex supplies FR and non-FR constructions with catalogue references, expansion values and roll lengths listed below. Specify the required grade with the size.
Can I fit this expandable sleeve around an already connected cable?
Tubular expandable braid needs cable-end access and enough expansion to pass over any connector. For side-entry fitting around a connected bundle, compare self-closing braided cable sleeving. Compare installation and sizing before selecting the construction.
Can the expansion range be customised?
Yes. Expansion can be customised for PET sleeving. Send the required bundle range, construction and quantity so we can confirm the specification.
What are the MOQ and lead times?
The minimum order is 500 metres. Standard PET and nylon have a 7-day lead time; customised constructions have a 1–2 month lead time. Confirm fibreglass and aramid standard delivery and all dispatch dates in the quotation.
Do you supply my city or country?
Synflex supplies across India and the listed export markets. Share the destination and required quantity. Ex-factory terms are preferred for exports; freight arrangements and transit time are confirmed separately.
