Current series: SYN-HT-FBG. PET and nylon catalogue references are retained for cross-reference; specify material, grade and nominal size when ordering. Heat-treated SYN-HTFS references are retained for cross-reference to the SYN-HT-FBG series. Fibreglass and aramid codes use the three-digit size convention. Confirm the complete specification in the quotation.

State the continuous and peak exposure, duration, installed diameter, movement and any electrical or fire-performance requirement. Confirm suitability against the finished heat-treated construction and its applicable test evidence.

How is heat-treated fibreglass sleeving different from the white braid?
Heat-treated fibreglass sleeving has a bronze heat-treated finish and its own ordering series, SYN-HT-FBG. Standard white fibreglass braid uses the SYN-FBG series. Include the construction and catalogue reference in your enquiry so the two ranges are not mixed.
Can I fit this expandable sleeve around an already connected cable?
Tubular expandable braid needs cable-end access and enough expansion to pass over any connector. For side-entry fitting around a connected bundle, compare self-closing braided cable sleeving. Compare installation and sizing before selecting the construction.
Can the expansion range be customised?
Yes. Expansion can be customised for Heat-treated fibreglass sleeving. Send the required bundle range, construction and quantity so we can confirm the specification.
What are the MOQ and lead times?
The minimum order is 500 metres. Standard delivery for this construction is confirmed with the quotation. Customised constructions have a 1–2 month lead time; confirm the final dispatch date for the selected grade and quantity.
